Well, the ISEE testing season is here and it appears that more children than ever are testing for private and independent schools this year. It’s been really busy for me and other ISEE test prep tutors since August and it likely will not slow down until after the holidays.
I worked on a real exciting and rewarding project this summer for an online tutoring and test prep company called www.PrivateSchoolExam.com . They produced 20 Videos on every subject and every aspect of the ISEE and also the SSAT entrance exams. I taught the verbal sections of the program – Reading Comprehension, Sentence Completions, Synonyms and Vocabulary. Dr. Ralph Georgy, a math professor taught all of the Math sections, including Algebra, Geometry, Decimals, Fractions, Word Problems, etc.
There are also hundreds of ISEE sample practice test questions that will really give the students a chance to get very comfortable with the types of questions that they will see on the exam.
